Global CyberSoft Vietnam announced on July 27 that it will become a strategic partner of OBIC and OBC – Japan ’s leading information technology groups in the field of enterprise resource planning.
GCS Vietnam General Director Ngo Duc Chi said the move will be a driving force for his company – a business fully invested by the US company Global CyberSoft Inc. – to enter the software outsourcing market in Northeastern Asia, along with its traditional markets in Northern America and Western Europe .
In the initial stage, the cooperative agreement will help GCS develop its IT human resources and global service supply system, he added.
The International Financial Corporation (IFC), the Dragon Capital and the Malaysia Capital had earlier become strategic investors of GSC, making it one of the biggest software companies in Ho Chi Minh City that provides software in areas such as enterprise resource planning, information technology and communication, software and hardware verification.
